Live-in Housekeeper/Nanny needed in Notting Hill Gate

Start: 20th February 2017

Working hours: 10-12 hrs/day Monday-Friday, 2 weekends/month (paid extra)

Salary: £400 net/week + extra pay for weekends

Lovely high profile family from Notting Hill Gate is looking for a Housekeeper/Nanny to join their beautiful household. The family lives in a 4-bedroom flat now and in a few weeks’ time they will move to a bigger house also in the Notting Hill Gate area. The role they offer is more housekeeping than nanny that’s why applying for this position you must have solid housekeeping experience and be happy to perform housekeeping duties including cleaning, washing and ironing; if you can cook, look after family food shopping and drive that would be a bonus but it is not necessary. In general, the family has 4 children aged 17 years, 11 years, 8 years, and 7.5 months, but the 2 oldest children spend time with the family every other week and the duties around them include school runs and help in preparing for school in the mornings. Your childcare and housekeeping duties will be shared with a nanny/housekeeper who is already employed by the family. Your childcare duties will include helping with school runs, also helping to look after the baby when the other nanny/housekeeper is busy with older children. After the family moves to the new house you will have your own bedroom and bathroom and until that time you will be employed on live-out basis unless you are happy to share the bedroom with the baby – it is for you to decide as the family is happy to any solution. Applying for this position you must have minimum 3 years of experience in similar role in the UK, up to date CRB/DBS, up to date Paediatric Firs Aid and checkable references.
