Lovely family in Chiswick looking for a live-in nanny to care sole charge for 2 children; 3 year old and 6 month old baby. Experience as a nanny is required and specifically we are looking for someone who has had sole-charge experience of 2 children in a similar age range and is confident in the day to day management and care of the children which includes all childcare responsibilities. Salary will be highly competitive depending on the experience. The position is live in and the working days are Mon-Fri with some additional baby sitting required. The perfect candidate for us:
1. Will have strong level of experience and confidence looking after 2 children of that age range
2. Will be highly flexible to the family needs; doing ad-hoc babysitting and some weekend work as required by the family (with appropriate notice)
3. Will be super organised and structured in her day to day management of the children
4. Will be someone who also can manage the day to day running of the household as both parents are busy working full time
5. Will have a positive and can-do attitude even in times of stress or when under pressure
