Freedom are looking to employ a team of staff to provide crèches to support adult learning throughout Portsmouth. We will be caring for children aged 0-4 years therefore you should have experience of within with the Early Years sector.

If you are applying for the role of leader you should have previous experience of running crèches or a similar environment where you have taken a leadership role. All staff should ideally hold a level 2/3 childcare qualification and hold a paediatric first aid.

The crèches will usually be for 3 hours during school hours but occasionally there maybe requirements that fall outside of school hours. The crèches will run for a number of weeks usually between 6 and 12 weeks and can be anywhere in Portsmouth and Southsea so the ability to drive would be an advantage.
