Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and professional nanny to join a VIP family in Abu Dhabi. The nanny will primarily be responsible for caring for three children, twins aged 2 and an older sibling of 3. One child attends nursery part time while the others are at home. The position requires working 6 days a week, approximately 12 hours per day with flexibility. You should enjoy routines and planning a stimulating and age-appropriate learning schedule. Parents are hands on and are looking for a nanny/governess who works well in such an environment. There is a full nanny assistant team within the fully staffed household to support you.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional care for the children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.
2. Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for learning and play.
3. Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities, both indoors and outdoors.
4. Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
5. Assist with daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and bedtime.
6. Organize and maintain the children's bedrooms, play areas, and belongings.
7. Coordinate with other household staff to ensure seamless operations.
8. Accompany the family on outings and trips as needed.
9. Handle basic household errands related to the children's needs.
10. Communicate effectively with parents regarding the children's progress and any concerns.
11. Work effectively with the other household staff creating a positive working environment.
12. Travel with the family when required.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience working as a nanny in a similar role, preferably with VIP or high-profile families.
2. Proven ability to care for multiple children simultaneously, with a focus on their individual needs.
3. Positive, sunny attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Professional demeanour with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
5. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
6. Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
7. First aid and CPR certification preferred.
8. Must be able to start immediately.
