Daily Nanny. Kensington or Holland Park (TBC)

25 hours a week. £60,000 gross per year

We have a new family on our books who are due to relocate to London in July/August. Speaking to the mother it is very clear that this is a warm and kind hearted family who will make you feel respected and welcome in their home.

They have two sets of twins. The youngest is a boy and girl aged 3 years old and the elder set are 6 year old girls. They are active, energetic and happy children and it is important that you are positive and engaging. Someone who will produce a nurturing environment filled with adventure and wonder – whilst creating happy memories.

You will be required to work from Monday through to Friday. 3pm start when you collect the children from school through to 8pm. During the school holidays you will be expected to work additional hours and travel with the family. Advance notice always given.

Your duties will include taking the children to any afterschool activities. Arranging additional activities that are fun and educational. Planning outings and creative play. Play dates. Supporting the children’s education and overseeing homework. Being a role model to the children. Supervising bedtime routine.

The children love nature and enjoy a variety of physical activities. They enjoy imaginative play, story telling and exploring. They are a delight to be with.

A full time housekeeper and chef are employed by the family so you will not be expected to cook for the children or to do their laundry. However, you must be knowledgeable in healthy eating and liaise with the chef to discuss menus. Additionally manage the children’s wardrobes and ensure all children’s areas are kept tidy and organised.

This is a role for someone that has a genuine love for their position and enjoys spending time with children. Someone enthusiastic who will find it very rewarding seeing the children grow and reach their milestones. The parents are looking for someone with empathy who will have a wonderful relationship with their children built on trust and respect.

The parents are very open and transparent and wish for a nanny who is communicative with strong organizational skills.

This really is a lovely role and whoever gets the position will be very lucky.

The ideal nanny will have a minimum of 5 years working in a similar role.
