An esteemed, ultra-high-net-worth family is seeking a live-in Manny to provide dedicated care and support for their vibrant and positive 15-year-old son. We are seeking an individual who embodies qualities of activity, kindness, openness, and charisma, with a genuine passion for outdoor activities and adept social skills. Flexibility is key, as the schedule evolves weekly to accommodate the family's dynamic needs. Proficiency in English and confident driving capabilities are highly desired, as travel companionship is integral to the role.

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive care and supervision to the 15-year-old on a full-time basis.
Cultivate a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment conducive to the child's emotional, physical, and cognitive growth, with a focus on enhancing social skills.
Curate engaging and age-appropriate activities, fostering educational and creative pursuits, and facilitating outdoor adventures such as biking, tennis, and various sports.
Maintain hygiene standards, support sleep routines, and oversee homework and school projects as required.
Coordinate recreational outings and educational excursions, including park visits, playdates, and cultural events.
Foster open and effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on the child's progress, activities, and any significant developments.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a manny or childcare capacity, particularly with adolescents.
While experience with autism is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
Fluency in English.
Demonstrates traits of activity, adaptability, and kindness.
Collaborative mindset, as part of a fully staffed household.
Valid DBS and First Aid certification.
Possession of a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
