A warm and welcoming family in Shepherd's Bush is looking for a nanny to look after their two lovely daughters. The girls are being raised bilingual, so speaking fluent Russian is essential for the role. The family is looking for a nanny who is warm, nurturing and kind, who can also bring a sense of fun to the role. The ideal candidate is creative, educationally focused, organised, energetic and capable of spotting fun learning opportunities in daily life. They should enjoy planning and organising age-appropriate activities and being able to follow the children's routine. The nanny should be independent - someone that can take their initiative and being able to hit the ground running. Previous experience working with infants under the age of 1 and school-aged children is also important, with a proven track record of longevity in previous roles. The role includes all of the children's care, including: nursery drop off and pick up for the eldest daughter (she's at nursery three days per week), planning and organising stimulating and educational activities to support the girls' learning development, preparing healthy and meals and snacks, laundry and wardrobe management, keeping their room / play areas tidy, taking care of the baby including bottle feeding, weaning, taking her out for walks and lots of fresh air. This role is viewed as a long-term partnership, and the family is looking for a nanny who shares their commitment to creating a lasting connection.
