Overview
A professional young Jewish couple with three young children (ages 6, 4, and 4 months) are seeking to hire a compassionate, skilled, and committed live-in nanny to become an integral part of their family life. This role is not just about providing exceptional care for their children but also about infusing their home with creativity, energy, and warmth.

The mother, currently pursuing her law studies part-time, and the father, who enjoys the flexibility of working from home once a week, are based in a spacious residence in Primrose Hill, sharing their space with the children's grandparents and two small, friendly dogs. Come December, the family will transition to their new abode in Finchley, where the nanny will continue to have a private bedroom and bathroom.

Duties and responsibilities
- Work in a team with the mother, particularly during the morning routine, which includes preparing breakfast, helping the children get ready for school, and driving them to school.
- Take primary responsibility for the baby's care, including managing sleep schedules, mealtimes, and engaging in both indoor and outdoor activities.
- the after-school routine, including dinner, baths, and bedtime preparations.
- support school homework and 7+ exams preparation.
- During school holidays and stays in London, plan and execute engaging and fun activities
- Accompany the family on trips to their holiday home in the South of France and on skiing vacations, with adequate notice provided in advance.
- Take charge of domestic duties related to the children, including weekly bedding changes, laundry, sewing/mending clothes, meal planning, and preparing fresh, simple, and nutritious meals for the children.

The nanny's overarching goal is to meet the children's daily needs across physical, emotional, intellectual, and developmental spectrums, fostering a secure, loving, and stimulating environment. This includes engaging in educational activities aimed at promoting developmental milestones, with a special emphasis on the baby's care, such as bottle preparation/feeding, sleep schedule regulation, and developmental play.

Key requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of professional nanny experience, including some live-in positions.
- Experience in sole charge care of infants and managing multiple children simultaneously.
- A deep understanding of developmental stages and infant care.
- Fluent in English, with the capability to assist with school homework and exam preparation
- A valid driver's license with a clean record.
- A positive attitude, a passion for child care, and attributes of being deeply caring, loving, affectionate, mature, and responsible.
- Exceptional organizational skills and efficient time management.
- An enjoyment of travel and a commitment to a long-term engagement with the family.
