Full-time sole charge nanny required for baby boy.

Ideal candidates love their job have a cheerful demeanor and are confident in caring for a baby. To apply for this role you must have professional experience caring for babies. A nanny who is happy to engage with him through talking, singing, and developmentally appropriate activities. Someone familiar with baby milestones with a positive attitude and a fun approach to nannying. The parents want a nanny who is keen to take him to classes, museums, playdates, and parks.

This role is live out however the family can arrange temporary accommodation if you are moving to Brussels.

The parents have an open, friendly, and positive communication style. They value talking to children about emotions, consistency, boundaries and positively encouraging manners. As the child grows they would like to encourage good behavior using a positive approach.

The baby was born in October 2023 he is happy and content, he is babbling lots and loves stimulation. He naps throughout the day and sleeps well at night. In general, they follow his lead regarding naps and feeding. He is currently breastfed, and they plan to wean him off breastfeeding.

The parents speak German to the baby. They are seeking a nanny who speaks a high level of English ideally native English They would love a bilingual nanny, French, and English-speaking but this is not a vital requirement.

Both parents are working full-time (the Mum is doing her PhD). The Mum currently works from home, they have a separate office space. The Dad works out of the house.

Your main focus is caring for the baby and child-related duties including his laundry, tidying up, and getting the occasional groceries. They would love a nanny who is familiar with weaning a baby onto solids, part of your duties will be cooking organic healthy meals for the baby.

If you drive, the family is happy to figure out parking options.

The family has a separate cleaner.

Pet-free household.

They would love a nanny to commit for a minimum of a year ideally for at least a few years.

For this role, you will be employed by the family.

Agency requirements:

EU passport or permit/visa for the location of the job
Three years of full-time professional childcare experience
Valid pediatric first aid
A recent police check
Minimum of 3 verbal and written references.
