4498 Chiswick: VIP Daily Nanny in Chiswick with international travel

A professional family in Chiswick is seeking a Daily Nanny to care for their three children, ages 6 (boy), 3 (girl), and 21 months (boy), with a newborn due in September. The role will begin in June, initially as shared care and transitioning to sole charge of all four children. The family is highly recommended and has had long-term nannies in the past.

Working hours, 4 days: Monday to Thursday; or Tuesday to Saturday alternating.

Responsibilities:
Provide sole charge care for the children, including the newborn.
Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for all age groups.
Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities and outings.
Assist with the eldest child's school-related needs.
Maintain the children's schedules and routines.
Prepare healthy and nutritious meals for the family.
Flexibility to accommodate the parents' fluctuating work schedules.
Drive the children (manual car) and be comfortable with long-distance international travel.
Swim supervision, especially in the presence of a pool at the Oxfordshire home.
Comfortable with dogs (a Retriever in the household).

Requirements:
Previous experience working with UHNW families.
Excellent knowledge of early childhood development.
Flexibility and adaptability in caring for children of different ages.
Confidence in driving (manual) and swimming.
Ability to travel internationally (USA, Hawaii, Australia, and Europe).
Passport that allows easy visa access.
Experience in formal and VIP households preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A genuine passion for children's development and well-being.
