A lovely family in Notting Hill are looking for a kind, loving and proactive Nanny to join their family! Full time hours working 4 days per week!

Job Summary:
We are currently working with a family, who are based in Notting Hill, who are looking for a Nanny to join their family to look after their children (5 year old girl, 3 year old boy & 1 year old boy) from Monday to Thursday. The main focus in the mornings will be the youngest as their elder siblings are in school and nursery. All the children love to be active, climb trees, playing, arts and crafts. This will be a sole charge position but mum will be around for support – help with pick up and drop off etc – the nanny needs to work well with mum to divide and conquer! Mum is also looking for a Nanny who is confident and enjoys cooking so they are comfortable making nutritious and diverse meals for the children.

General duties:
• General care of the childrens wellbeing and making sure they are safe
• School/nursery drop – as required
• Arts and crafts
• Planning activities
• Playing and entertaining
• Keeping the childrens areas neat and tidy including the kitchen after use
• Supervise homework
• Cooking healthy, nutritious meals for the children
• Supervise bath time
• Communicate with parents about all aspects of the childrens care
• Keep on top of childrens school correspondence and relay that to mum and dad
• Laundry for the children – prepare clothing/packing if required
• Take children to activities, playdates and/or outings
• Light housekeeping – putting away shopping delivery or empty the dishwasher
• Care for the children when they are sick and give medicine with parents permission


Candidate requirements:
• Experience with within a similar role with similar aged children
• Good level of English and good communication with mum and dad
• Someone energetic, likes outdoors and creative
• Proactive and responsible
• Confident and enjoys cooking for children
• Good attitude, enthusiastic and really engages with children
• Open to travelling with the family abroad – up to 2 or 3 weeks at a time
• Driving licence – very good to have but not essential – car can be provided for while on duty



DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
