A lovely family of 5 are looking to appoint an energetic, versatile, and experienced full-time Housekeeper for their large family home in Wimbledon. There are two teenagers who visit frequently and another child who is under the age of 10 who lives in the home. The household is a family style environment so they appreciate longevity. They are looking to appoint a reliable, dedicated Housekeeper who is a strong team player and could work for them on an ongoing basis.

The role will include general housekeeping and cleaning tasks, ensuring that the kitchen, living areas and all other general areas are clean and tidy, beds made, laundry duties and bathrooms cleaned. They would like someone who is happy to lend a helping hand wherever needed and someone who can take initiative, work independently, but also be a team player. The family are very down to earth and easy-going, and just need an extra pair of hands to ensure the smooth running of the household.

The family are looking for a loyal, reliable, self-sufficient child and pet friendly Housekeeper who will remain with them long-term. Working hours would typically be Monday to Friday 10am – 3pm with some flexibility. The family do have two dogs and ideally would like to find someone who enjoys being around pets.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
• Making beds and cleaning bathrooms
• Laundry duties
• Tidying up after the family, ensuring all general areas are neat and tidy
• Cleaning the kitchen, stacking/unpacking the dishwasher
• Rubbish and recycling management
• Some front of house duties
• Ad-hoc duties as required

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Prior housekeeping experience in a high-end private household or yachting background
• Fluency in English and eligibility to work in the UK
• Hardworking and dedicated
• Energetic and self-motivated
• High attention to detail
• Able to work independently with little supervision, good team player
• Trustworthy and reliable
• DBS check
• Excellent checkable references
