Live In Nanny needed for lovely family with 2 children and a new baby on the way. The family are looking for a sunny, lively Nanny who can work using a divide and conquer approach with Mum who will be off on Maternity leave for the first 9 months or so. The family have had a lovely Norlander for 2 years who is leaving as wants to be a daily nanny.
The Nanny will be free to arrange playdates, attend clubs and classes and there is a great Nanny circle in the area. The eldest (3)will be in full time nursery so the role will consist of mostly caring for either the newborn whilst Mum spends time with the toddler or vice versa. It will be very rare that you will all hang out together!
The family also have a home in rural Gloucestershire and the Nanny would be expected to spend the occasional week up there in the school holidays alongside occasional weekends (by mutual arrangement) - the current Nanny has built up a network of people that she meets when there also. A country lover would be a huge plus - so someone who loves London life but also does not mind escaping occasionally for some country air.
Someone with formal Nanny training would be great but ultimately someone smiley, warm, energetic but with good manners, boundaries and respectful of sharing a home would fit in well. Accommodation is own bedroom and bathroom on the top floor of the house.
