A wonderful busy family living in Borough Green near Sevenoaks are looking for a fun loving, outgoing, and active nanny to care for their 4 children! 2 year old twins girls, 3 year old and 8 year old boys.
Mum & Dad run their own business and are looking for an extra pair of hands that loves taking children on adventures and to help create amazing childhood experiences! Someone that will truly enjoy and encourage each child’s personality and guide them as they grow more independent as well as install a level of calm and structure into a hectic household with 6 different schedules.
It is a very busy household and the family like to go with the flow! They are looking for someone Monday Friday 8am – 5pm but can be super flexible for the right person. The children currently attend 3 different childcare settings which may still be utilised whilst having a nanny. The ideal candidate will:

Have excellent time keeping
be organised and happy to make a weekly plan of activities/meals
be career focused and child focused
be a welcoming part of the family environment for both the children and parents
Mum would love to find someone she can have a giggle and a coffee with and that is in general a team player. Mum loves nothing more than engaging with the children, whether it is getting muddy, having water fights or singing and dancing around being silly, so someone like minded would fit in perfectly! All nursery duties and cooking for the children will be required.
They would also like to find someone that is happy with occasional babysitting and some odd weekend hours agreed in advance
