We are looking for an amazing nanny/housekeeper to join our busy household. The postion is afternoons and evenings for a minimum of 16 hours per week; 15:00 -18:00 / 15:30 - 18:30 Monday - Friday for a suitable candidate there may well also be additional day time hours.

The role is to care for our 4 children; newborn, 3, 6 and 8 years old, at times with sole responsibility but generally working alongside me. We need someone who is able to work in a busy environment and prioritise multiple tasks. You will have responsibility for varying combinations of the children, staying at home with them and preparing family meals and at other times doing school/ nursery picks ups, taking them to clubs/play dates/park. It includes care of the children or household - help with hearing children read, supervising of music practice, support with homework and reading to the children; engaging children in learning and activities; finding opportunities to play outside; facilitating play dates; bathing children, washing hair, brushing teeth; unpacking sport kits etc from school bags and familiarising yourself with next days activities and repacking school bags as appropriate, leaving out uniform for the next day in their rooms; cleaning school shoes and trainers as required; household laundry; keeping toys/dressing up and children's rooms tidy and encouraging them to be involved with this; unpacking shopping, dishwasher; organising of cupboards (toy and kitchen). We have a regular cleaner so you will not be asked to do the main cleaning.
