Live Out: Temp Summer Nanny 5- or 6-day week 11- 12 hours per day

With summer just around the corner one of many lovely clients from the Middle East is turning her mind to recruiting a fabulous energetic, empathetic, engaging and experienced Live out Nanny to assist them when they come to London for the summer months. The booking will run from the end of June right through to the end of August. The nanny can choose If they would like to do a 5-day week or maximise their earnings & commit to a 6-day week, whichever you chose please note that duty days must include the weekend with day(s) off to be taken during the week. Alongside the professional permanent nanny, you will be interacting with 5 school age children sometimes you will do stuff altogether & sometimes the children will be divided between the nannies if the activity involved is age specific. They all know London very well and are eager participants in all the fantastic activities that London has to offer. You will need to be very organized, responsible, resourceful & adaptable, arrangements can change at the last minute. The hours on duty are unlikely to exceed 11 hours per day however the start & end times may vary, if for example you are taking the children to the theatre one evening then you will start a little later that day to accommodate a later finish time. You should have a high emotional intelligence with a fair approach to behaviour management, adept at navigating sibling dynamics, and the individual personalities. In previous years candidates who are calm, creative, patient, & flexible with a gift of adapting themselves to the needs of the child, wider team & family unit have been a great success. Previous experience as a nanny is a must, if you have also worked as a teacher or T.A or with SEN children that would certainly looked upon favourably. You must have your own accommodation as this is a live out job and as the family have not yet decided which of their London homes they will be using this summer it is preferable if you are centrally located yourself to avoid any long commutes.
