We are looking for a nanny for our two boys, ages 2.5 years old and 9 month from late August/early September on a full-time (40-50 hours/week) live-out basis. The ideal candidate is someone who is cheerful, energetic, engaging, and proactive in terms of planning activities, planning and cooking meals, and has experience with babies and toddlers. Looking for someone who encourages imagination and creativity, and engages in play and conversation.

Our 2.5 year old will be in nursery from 12:00-3:00pm 5 days per week. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with drop off and pick up, and is happy to go to activities and classes with the boys before and after. Mum will be engaged in activities for the boys as well and will have scheduled 1:1 time with each.

We are looking for someone who is also willing to help with light housekeeping (laundry, ironing, tidying, making sure the kitchen is clean after meals and at the end of the day, etc.), grocery shopping and running errands. Someone who is happy to batch cook and make extra portions for the family (our toddler eats what we eat) an added bonus.

Daily tasks include preparing healthy and varied meals, attending age appropriate classes such as music and swimming, nursery/school drop off and pick up, going for walks/to the park, organising play dates, actively engaged reading, singing and playtime (no screen time), preparing for special occasions such as birthday parties, preparing and packing for travel, etc.

Mum will mostly be working from home, so looking for someone who is comfortable becoming part of the family. Being flexible between nanny care and housekeeping/errands will be hugely helpful for when mum can have time with the boys.
