Salary Circa £19 to £23 gross per hour. Depending on level of experience.

Overview
This is a British/Indian professional couple with mum returning to work in the next few months. Whilst dad travels for work, mum works from home and enjoys being hands-on when possible. All their staff have been with them for over 5years.
They would love a Nanny that can offer to stay over 2 -3 nights per month when dad is travelling.
The Nanny will be responsible to work in a team with mum and care for the baby. As the baby establishes a routine and is a little older, they would like the Nanny to be responsible for both children. Mum will continue being hands-on when her work allows her to.
Other duties include all domestic duties related to the children includes sterilising, keeping bedrooms organised, kids laundry, keeping all used areas clean and tidy. Light housekeeping such as loading/emptying dishwasher, sweeping kitchen floor after use, running outdoor errands.
Key requirements
- Hold 1-year minimum working in private family homes with a checkable reference.
- Early Years or baby/maternity training.
- Experience caring for babies (if needed, mum is happy to provide training)
- Native Hindu or Gujrati speaker.
- Have a natural way with children. Nurturing, loving and gentle approach.
- Understanding of development stages and key milestones.
- Hands-on with play, arts, music, chatty, sing nursery rhymes, read books.
- Ability to cook simple and healthy kids meals.
- Bright, sunny personality with a positive outlook.
- Excellent organisational skills and time management.
- Seeking long-term employment.
