About the Family:
We are a busy family with four children: two boys aged 4 and 7, and two girls aged 10 and 12. Our household is fully staffed, including chefs, housekeepers, and drivers. We are looking for a proactive and engaging nanny to join our team and provide a nurturing environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

Activity Planning: Design and implement fun, age-appropriate activities and outings that stimulate and engage each child.
Communication: Maintain a detailed diary to keep parents informed about the children’s activities, movements, and developmental milestones.
Bedtime Routines: Assist with establishing and maintaining a consistent bedtime routine to ensure a proper sleep schedule.
Collaboration: Work closely with parents and other staff members to address the unique needs of each child and foster a supportive environment.
Development Monitoring: Observe and support children's developmental milestones, providing feedback and suggestions to parents.
Calendar Management: Maintain a calendar of school events, parent-teacher meetings, and other important dates to ensure nothing is missed.
Educational Support: Encourage a positive attitude towards education and learning, assisting with homework and educational activities as needed.
Light Nursery Duties: Handle light nursery responsibilities, such as organizing clothes and coordinating extracurricular activities.
Qualifications:

Experience in a similar role, particularly in a fully staffed household.
Confidence in both sole charge and teamwork with other nannies and staff members.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to childcare.
Strong academic background or educational focus preferred.
Must possess paediatric first aid certification and an up-to-date enhanced DBS.
Availability to travel with the family for up to 2 weeks at a time.
Native-level proficiency in English.
