Job details
The Nursery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the early childhood education programme, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. The role requires someone who is highly organised, creative, proactive, and a strong team player with excellent management skills and experience in international settings and alternative educational methodologies.

Qualifications:
??Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
??Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
??Minimum of 3 years of experience in Early Childhood education, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
??Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and education techniques.
??Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
??Previous experience working with an international cohort.
?? Local or able to commute to Monaco
??EU passport holder
