Part-Time Nanny in Zug (Expat Suburb of Zurich/Switzerland) Fulltime Option possible

A lovely Irish/English/German family in Zug is seeking an experienced part-time or fulltime nanny starting July 2025 to care for their 24-month-old daughter, who attends nursery. The role includes light housework (tidying up, meal prep, and cooking). A driver’s license is essential, and candidates must be native English, French or German speakers.

Hours:
Part-time: 25 hours per week but option for fulltime 38-40h possible. 5 days a week.
Occasional travel with us is required (eg to France)

Ideal Candidate:
Native speaker of English, German or French (Swiss or EU passport holder)
Must have a driver’s license
3-5 years of relevant childcare experience (minimum 2 years paid)
Engaging, caring, and proactive with a passion for child development
Warmhearted, dynamic, and tidy
Trustworthy, responsible, and able to maintain discretion
Flexible and adaptable to the family’s schedule

Main Responsibilities:
Caring for a 2 year old daughter (feeding, cooking, activities, storytime, diaper changes, nursery drop-off/pick-up by car, bath, naps)
Preparing simple, healthy family meals
Light household tasks (tidying up, bed-making, unloading the dishwasher; a cleaner comes 2-3 times a week)
Adapting to parents’ preferences for discipline and routines
Good communication with parents at all times
Occasional family holiday trips are a bonus
