We are looking for an experienced, native English-speaking governess to join a warm and welcoming VIP family in Dubai to care for two active young boys, ages 2 and 6. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, organized, and passionate about early childhood development. This role requires a flexible, travel-ready nanny with previous experience working in the Middle East and who already resides in Dubai. This is a live out position.

Responsibilities:
You’ll provide loving care for our two boys, ensuring they feel safe and happy. You’ll help create a fun daily routine with mealtimes, naps, and playtime while engaging them in exciting activities like reading, arts and crafts, and outdoor adventures. Supporting their daily hygiene, preparing nutritious meals, and keeping their play areas tidy will be part of your role. You’ll accompany the boys on outings and playdates, ensuring their safety, and be ready to travel with the family, including international trips. Regular communication with the parents about the boys’ activities and progress is essential.
Requirements:
Native English Speaker, Previous experience working in a similar role within the Middle East, Minimum of 3 years working as a nanny with young children, ideally with experience caring for multiple children, formal training in childcare or early childhood education is preferred but not mandatory. Willing to work flexible hours and be travel-ready, with a high level of adaptability.
