Job Role: Part-Time Daily Nanny
Location: Putney, SW15
Hours: Up to 30 hours per week (flexible schedule), with a maximum of 3 days per week
Salary: Excellent salary depending on experience
Start Date: January 2025

We are seeking a warm, calm, experienced, and reliable part-time nanny to care for a wonderful family's 10-month-old baby boy (born January 2024) in a shared care role.

Ideal Candidate:
Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of nannying experience with infants or young children
Qualifications: A childcare qualification is highly desirable
Personality: Kind, trustworthy, and proactive, with a genuine love for working with young children
Skills: Knowledge of child development, ability to create stimulating activities, and a focus on the baby’s safety and well-being
Flexibility: Able to work a flexible schedule (days and hours can be negotiated)

Key Responsibilities:
Baby Care: Feeding, changing, and dressing the baby throughout the day
Sleep Routine: Managing nap times and ensuring a consistent sleep schedule
Developmental Activities: Organising age-appropriate activities to stimulate physical, emotional, and cognitive development (e.g. tummy time, sensory play, reading, and interactive play)
Meal Preparation: Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks, as well as introducing new foods
Health & Hygiene: Ensuring the baby's personal hygiene is maintained, including bathing and keeping baby’s environment clean
Safety & Supervision: Constantly supervising the baby to ensure safety at all times
Communication: Providing regular updates to parents about the baby's day, progress, and any concerns
Support with Development: Encouraging and supporting milestones such as sitting, crawling, walking, and early communication skills
General Care: Offering comfort and reassurance as needed to create a secure, nurturing environment

These duties are all aimed at providing a caring and safe environment that fosters the baby's growth and well-being.
