The most lovely role based in Islington, North London Monday – Thursday 8am – 6pm and a half day on a Friday. The family are looking for a self-starter that is comfortable with two young children that will be able to manage the logistics of nursery duties, groups and also nursery pickups and the odd drop off.
The youngest is just starting the weaning process so you must be confident in this area as well as potty training as he gets older. The role is sole charge as both parents work full time but on occasion they will be around for nursey drop off and the morning routine, so you must be happy to work as a team and also enjoy giving feedback on the children’s daily activities. It is also important to the family that someone is focused in helping the children reaching developmental milestones and enjoys routine in terms of meal times and naps – any experience in sleep training would be a real bonus!
The family enjoy boundaries and manners but with a gentle and loving approach, and like to ensure that everyone is consistent in their approach. They would love to find someone confident and proactive in sourcing local groups and activities as this is very much a child focused role but also would suit someone with a muck in attitude.
All nursery duties will be required, and a driver – a family car will be provided whilst on duty
