We are a family of 4 living in Chesham (renting and moving to Amersham next month). We are looking for an after school and holiday nanny for our 7 and 4 year old girls who go to Chesham Prep. We’re very easy going, flexible and are looking for a nanny to be with us on a long term basis. Please note: Hours and days are flexible for the right person! We can offer more or less depending on your preferences.

Duties will include picking up from school, helping to complete homework, light child related housework and ironing girls clothes, children’s meals, bathing, stories, playing. In the school holidays duties will include the above plus taking on exciting adventures and having fun. Ideally you would have experience working with children of this age and helping them develop.

Term time: Core hours would be pick up at 4 and stay until 7.30/8pm. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Extra hours are available before 4pm to meal prep and organise for the girls if wanted. Happy with either 3 or 4 days. 18 hours for 3 days, 24 hours for 4 days. Flexible as to when the extra hours are worked but 2pm to 8pm each day would be the obvious work pattern.

School Holidays: Ideally 55 hours per week, c8.30 - 7pm (c12 weeks per year), Monday to Friday. But could cope with 4 days per week/ 44 hours. Flexible for the right person.

We are happy to pay an annual salary and pro rate it over the year so you have a steady pay rate. If you’re interested but might need slightly more or less hours, please get in touch as we can discuss and be flexible for the right person
