Details of the assignment:

               A dad based in London is searching for an experienced and professional nanny/governess to care for his B4. This full-time position requires the governess to work Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM and alternate Saturdays. The dad offers a separate flat above their home as accommodation.

               The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a governess, demonstrating a strong foundation in childcare practices and the ability to create and implement a structured routine for the child. The dad seeks someone who can set clear boundaries and consistently enforce rules while being just and reasonable. It is essential that the governess can balance authority with empathy, ensuring that the child respects her guidance while also feeling understood and valued.

               The ideal candidate is someone with a teaching qualification and a solid educational background, particularly in supporting young learners. The little one currently attends Kumon for Maths and English, and they are looking for a governess who can provide additional teaching support to help him thrive academically.

               Although their home base is in London, the family frequently travels to Venice, where they enjoy spending time on their boat. The family would appreciate a nanny/governess who could accompany them on these trips, typically every couple of months.
