ASAP December start for a very experienced, formally-trained, native English MT, Toddler Nanny for long standing VIP clients based in Abu Dhabi - full care of G2 years.

~ Client requirements: native English MT Nanny (+ British passport), formal childcare training, confident UAE driver, experience working in formal households.

We have a really exciting opportunity for a very formal household in the UAE. Clients who are very well-known to us are seeking a highly experienced, formally-trained, Toddler Nanny for their youngest child, a little girl, 2 years.

~ The working hours are 6 days x 12 hours and nanny will be provided with a separate apartment and full use of a car and excellent remuneration.
~ ***ASAP December start: nanny needs to be in-situ by 9th December to be able to do a handover with the out-going nanny***.

The new Nanny, who will be taking over from a temporary nanny, should be native English MT, be very experienced in all aspects of toddler care, and have extensive developmental experience to support little one to reach all her milestones. Our clients are favouring a candidate who will support their daughter with structured educational development. EG; they would love a candidate who will follow weekly themes for the little one (eg. topics such as the ocean, going on safari .... etc.) incorporating sensory play based on the weekly theme. Someone who is hot on all the developmental stages including potty training.

This is a very formal household and there are older children in the household, but they each have their own nanny, so the new nanny must be a super team player to liaise and support but won't be responsible for any of the other children. This is a very formal, fully staffed household, so there are no nursery duties, but an excellent team player is essential, someone who is used to working in staffed environments. Therefore previous experience in formal, UHNW/super-formal households is absolutely essential, and the candidate must have proven experience (references) as being a first-class team player. A warm, gentle nanny who is sophisticated, elegant and polished in their manner and approach and interactions with the client.

Our clients do travel extensively internationally, so the new candidate must also be able and willing to travel, sometimes at short notice.

A top salary package is available for a proactive, experienced Nanny who ticks all the above requirements, has previously travelled with clients, has a great work ethic and competent with routine setting and works well alongside the other staff in the household.
