Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and education
Accommodation: Private, comfortable room with own bathroom in a separate building on the property while on duty. When traveling to the family’s second home in Gstaad, accommodation will be a private 2-bedroom apartment.
A loving family based in Finland is seeking an experienced Rota Nanny to care for their 13-week-old baby, who was born 7 weeks premature. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dedicated family in a beautiful countryside setting, offering both a rewarding role and the chance to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional, attentive care for a 13-week-old baby, born prematurely.
Follow clear instructions and work closely with the family to ensure the baby’s developmental and health needs are met.
Maintain a structured routine, including feeding, napping, and playtime.
Work independently as well as part of a team, taking guidance and being flexible with the family's needs.
Travel with the family, both domestically and internationally, and be confident caring for the baby in new environments.
Be comfortable in an environment with a dog (family pet).
Embrace outdoor activities, enjoying the natural surroundings during free time.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience working as a maternity nurse/nanny with babies, including premature infants, is essential.
Language: Fluent in English.
Skills: Able to follow instructions carefully and respond flexibly to changing routines and family needs.
Personality: A loving, caring, and patient individual who enjoys working with young children and is comfortable in a dog-friendly home. A love for outdoor activities is a must.
Flexibility: Must be confident in traveling with a baby and adaptable to different environments and locations.
Eligibility: Right to work in the EU is required.
