A warm and welcoming family in Farnham is looking for a live-in au pair/ junior nanny to join them in January or early February 2025. The role involves caring for two active and sociable children—a 7.5-year-old boy and a 5-year-old girl. The position requires support both first thing in the morning and after school, totaling around 6 hours a day, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
School Drop-Off and Pick-Up: Driving the children to and from school. Both attend the same school, which is split over two nearby sites.
Morning and After-School Care: Assisting with morning routines and supervising after-school activities, including homework and playtime.
General Supervision: Being available during the day in case the children are unwell.
Light Housekeeping: Helping with tidying up after the kids and keeping common areas organized.

What the Family Offers:
Compensation: Up to £1,200 per month, £300/wk depending on experience.
Accommodation: A comfortable single bedroom with natural light, space for a small desk, and storage in a spacious 5-bedroom home. Shared bathroom with the children. The house features a kitchen diner, living area, and is a short walk to Farnham station—offering easy access to London Waterloo.
Car Provided: A car is available for school runs and other driving needs.

Ideal Candidate:
A responsible, energetic, and proactive individual who loves working with children.
Must be able to drive (car provided) and have a clean driving record.
Someone who enjoys outdoor activities and can keep up with two lively kids.
A minimum commitment of 12 months is preferred, but the family may consider a 6-month stay for the right candidate.

Additional Information:
The family occasionally dog-sits, so comfort around pets is a plus.
This is a live-in role with no pets of their own.
