Responsibilities include following the little one's routine, preparing nutritious meals, and keeping her play areas and room tidy. The nanny will also plan age-appropriate activities to support her development, arrange playdates, ensure nap times are adhered to, and maintain a safe and stimulating environment. The ideal candidate has experience with toddlers, understands developmental milestones, and can prepare the little girl for school eventually, as she does not attend nursery. Therefore, it is important that the nanny is an educator. It would be an added bonus if the nanny is degree-educated.
