Nanny/PA Role – Kew, Richmond

Absolute Childcare is seeking a highly organised and experienced Nanny/PA for a professional family in Kew, Richmond. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nanny who thrives in a busy household, enjoys working with school aged children, and has a knack for keeping things running smoothly.

Role Details:

Days/Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 8 am – 7 pm (44 hours per week).
Flexibility available, such as finishing earlier on Fridays if preferred.
Salary: £18 -20 gross per hour - depending on experience
Start Date: Beginning of January 25

Role Responsibilities:

Childcare:
School and nursery drop-offs/pick-ups.
Supporting with homework and school projects.
Organising activities and planning holiday schedules.
Bath time and meal preparation (including batch cooking).
Helping organise birthday parties and buying gifts.
Keeping children’s rooms, toys, and belongings organised.

Household Management:
Managing children’s laundry and bedding.
Monitoring and replenishing arts and crafts supplies.
Booking appointments (e.g., haircuts, car servicing/MOTs).
Running errands such as dry cleaning and post office visits.
Helping organise household tasks,
liaising with tradespeople,
Assisting with travel arrangements.

About You:
The ideal candidate will be:

An experienced nanny with recent experience caring for school aged children
Organised, proactive, and able to take initiative.
Confident managing a balance of childcare and household PA duties.
A driver is preferred but not essential.
A Spanish speaker and dog lover would be a bonus!
