Hours: 7am-7pm

Salary: £50,000 - £100,000 gross per annum (dependent on skills, experience and previous earnings)
Start: May 2025

We are looking for a brilliant career Nanny to join a kind, loving family based in Chelsea, London.

You will support a delightful 9-month-old baby boy and ensure that he is in a healthy and varied routine.

The parents would love to find an experienced, developmentally focussed Nanny who is able to arrange and accompany activities and support his academic/emotional well-being. Both Mum and Dad believe in trips outside every day, regardless of weather and adopt a minimal approach to devices (phones, TV & tablet). You will be encouraged to rely on more traditional ways to help the young boy learn including sensory play, outings and trips as well as interactive games (both indoor and outdoor). You will also be expected to cook for the young boy and take full responsibility for his laundry as well as keeping his bedroom/play areas clean and tidy.

Both Mum and Dad have very demanding jobs so would love to find a Nanny with flexible mindset who is happy to support the young boy throughout the course of the week. The parents travel frequently to Europe and the USA (with notice) so a Nanny who is willing/excited would suit this family very well.

The ideal candidate will be qualified, nurturing with a genuine passion for supporting children and helping them reach their milestones.
The salary band for this role is varied as the family are open to meeting candidates with different levels of experience. Most important is a very warm, engaging Nanny with a flexible can-do attitude and a discreet approach to their work.

A Nanny with early years qualifications or knowledge of the Montessori approach is highly advantageous for this role.
