Position: Experienced Daily Nanny
Location: Kew, Richmond, TW9
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:45 am - 6:15 pm (42 hours per week)
Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 gross per annum

About the Role
A warm and professional family in Kew, Richmond, is looking for an experienced and nurturing Nanny to care for their two children: a girl (2 years) and a boy (6 years). Both parents are hospital doctors, so reliability is essential.

This sole-charge position requires a capable and committed Nanny who can create a safe, fun, and stimulating environment tailored to the children’s needs. A strong background in working with similar-aged children is essential, along with excellent references.

Responsibilities

Providing attentive and nurturing care for both children.
Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities to support their development and enjoyment.
Preparing healthy, balanced meals and snacks for the children.
Managing school drop-offs and pick-ups for the 6-year-old.
Assisting with schoolwork or extracurricular activities as needed.
Maintaining daily routines and fostering structure and consistency.
Taking care of light nursery duties, such as tidying up after meals and activities.

What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 5 years of professional nannying experience with similar-aged children.
Childcare qualifications (preferred but not essential).
A warm, patient, and proactive personality.
Fully enhanced DBS on the update service.
Up-to-date First Aid certification.
Strong references demonstrating reliability and excellent care.

Salary: £39,000 - £43,680 gross per annum
