Nanny Role in Addlestone, Stunning Setting (Live in Preferred, Up to £20/h gross)
Start: February - 10 Months (fixed) -the family are relocating to UK due to work for a 10 month period.
Children: Boy 3 Baby Girl, 7 Months
Pay: Up to £20/gross per hour
Schedule: Hours: 40 hours Monday to Friday (mum manages morning - core hours are broadly from 10/11am - 6/7pm). Mum prefers to manage morning routine.
Role: Live-in or live-out nanny (live-in preferred)
Ideal: Driving License
Ideal: Spanish speaking (this is an absolute ideal but finding the right person is priority)

Children
Toddler (boy, 3 years old)
Schedule: Attends nursery 8:30 am–3:30 pm. Care is needed from pick-up time until 6–7 pm.

Focus Areas:
Academic engagement (letters and reading).
Encouraging physical activity and minor physical therapy exercises (gross motor skill support).
Creative and engaging play in the afternoons.

Infant (girl, 7 months)
Focus Areas:
Supporting developmental milestones, including crawling and mobility.
Familiarity with baby-led weaning and solid food introduction is a plus.
Encourage active play
Care from 10-7pm (give and take hour both morning/evening). Average 40 hours/wk.

Responsibilities

Structured care for the toddler after nursery and general care for the infant.
Engage the toddler in academic and physical activities to support learning and development.
Maintain a tidy environment related to the children (toys, meals, etc.).
School pick-ups and short errands (driving preferred, car provided).
Flexibility to accommodate family schedules, especially during busy periods.

Family Details
The family has a parent working in film production, which requires travel, and another parent who works remotely.
The children follow a vegetarian/pescetarian diet (meat is fine in the house).
The toddler has a minor mushroom allergy and sensitivity to certain antibiotics.
Ideal Candidate
Experience:

Strong infant and toddler care background. References for relevant ages vital.
Familiarity with minor physical therapy or exercises is a plus.
Previous nursery or early years experience is a bonus.

Personality:

High-energy, organized, and an excellent communicator.
Encourages physical activity and creative play.
Proactive and takes initiative while being mindful of schedules

Skills:
Comfortable supporting early learning and academic activities.
Familiarity with baby-led weaning and flexible feeding routines.
Driving preferred for school pick-up (car provided).
Travel: Open to traveling with the family (not regular/mandatory)

Accommodation (if live-in)
Private downstairs bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom in a spacious home. The family really prefer live in but would consider live out for the right candidate. Stunning home in beautiful setting :)
