Job Summary: This is a great opportunity for an experience nanny who loves working with young children and would enjoy working in a beautiful part of Switzerland just outside Geneva. The care will be for the two youngest (girls), the oldest is in school and the baby will be at home; ideally the family would like a couple of weeks’ handovers before the maternity nurse leaves, making for a smooth transition. There are also 2 older boys from a previous marriage (16 & 18) one in boarding school and the other will attend university in the UK in August. The family do require a driver and there are two adorable dogs. The position will be a mix of sole and shared care , dad works full time and often travels for work, mum is around but is busy with helping with the school and volunteers at an animal shelter close by , the ideal nanny will be someone who is a team player who is happy with a stay at home parent but equally someone the family can rely on to take sole charge .


Job specification:
• Mix of sole and shared care
• Driving the children
• Preparing healthy meals for the children
• Keeping the children’s, play areas, bedrooms tidy and organized
• Responsible for the children’s laundry
• Planning activities, arranging and attending play dates – working as a team with mum



Candidate specification:
• Confident driver
• Fluent English speaker
• Must have an EU passport to be able to work in Switzerland
• Good understanding and experience working with young children and the different developmental stages
• Previous experience as a nanny is essential, especially baby experience
• Happy to work in a team with stay-at-home parent
• Dog lover- happy to work in a home with 2 dogs

• Accommodation: Own bedroom with en suite bathroom and living area
Enhanced DBS check or police check required at offer stage
