A recommended client in Athens is looking for a NORLAND Nanny for her baby.

We are looking for a fully qualified Norland Nanny, some one exceptional, kind, loving and caring to assist a first time Mum and her baby boy of 8 months.

The ideal candidate will need to be Norland qualified. You will also be required to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with infants and babies/toddlers. Being friendly, positive, easily adaptable and highly professional is very important. Smoothly working alongside the Mum is important, gently guiding her, supporting her and passing on your training, expertise and knowledge about the development of the baby.

We are looking for someone who thrives on taking care of infants, with a genuine interest in babies’ and children’s development. With the ability to support reaching developmental milestones, having experience with bottle preparation and sterilization, weaning stages and establishing a sleep routine. Being organised and hygiene focused. Having the skill to tailor the baby’s routine accordingly in case there are any last-minute situations and/or the day suddenly changes.

You will be responsible for the baby’s overall daily care, baby purees/meal preparations, being proactive and creating a loving and stimulating environment at all times. Excellent English and a European passport or ability to work in the EU is essential. This is a long term (2 years and more) full time live out role, based on 10-12 hours per day, 5 or 6 days per week with some flexibility, especially whilst traveling. The job will involve some traveling, primarily to the Greek islands, London and Switzerland. The family already employ domestic help, security and driver.
