Details of the Assignment
A warm and active international family based in Athens, Greece, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced live-in maternity nanny to join their household. The family, who values professionalism and dedication, is preparing to welcome their newborn baby boy in June 2025. This role will also involve assisting their two older children: a 2.5-year-old boy and a 3.5-year-old girl. Both will be attending preschool.
The family values structure and positive reinforcement in their parenting style and is looking for someone who can instil good structure and healthy habits in the children. 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Provide expert newborn care, focusing on health, safety, and well-being.
•    Assist with establishing and maintaining consistent daily and nighttime routines for the children.
•    Support the older children during the mornings and after pre-school hours.
•    Organise engaging, developmentally appropriate activities to support early learning.
•    Encourage physical activities and implement routines that promote healthy habits.
•    Ensure the children’s bedrooms and play areas are kept tidy and organised.
•    Accompany the family during travel, helping the children maintain routines away from home.


Ideal Candidate Requirements:
•    Experience: Extensive experience working as a live-in nanny, particularly with newborns and toddlers.
•    Education: Formal childcare qualifications are highly desirable.
•    Certifications: Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
•    Languages: Fluency in English and speaking German is a bonus).
•    Fitness: Active and fit; someone who enjoys outdoor and sports-related activities.
•    Personality: Kind, nurturing, adaptable, and proactive, with a strong understanding of early childhood developmental milestones.
•    Someone with a proven ability to work seamlessly within an international household.
