* Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 gross per annum

A warm and welcoming family in Holland Park is seeking a nurturing and experienced Nanny/Maternity Nurse to join their household. With a 2-year-old and a newborn due soon, this is a wonderful opportunity to become an integral part of their family life and support their growing children.

The successful candidate will begin alongside the Maternity Nurse for the first 6 to 8 weeks after the newborn's arrival, providing essential care and support during this precious time. Following this period, the role will transition into that of a Nanny for both children, ensuring a seamless and loving environment for their development.



Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care for a 2-year-old and a new-born, fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment.

• Carry out all nursery duties related to the children, including diaper changes, bathing, dressing, and maintaining a clean and organized space.

• Prepare healthy and delicious meals for the children, primarily focusing on a vegetarian diet with occasional lean meats (fish and chicken).

• Engage the children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.

• Collaborate with the family on routines and schedules to ensure consistency and comfort for the children.

• Facilitate ad hoc babysitting as needed, although the family utilizes an app for additional support if preferred.



Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience with infants and toddlers, showing a deep understanding of their needs and developmental milestones.

• A relevant qualification (e.g., Norland, CACHE, or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory, the family values practical experience and a nurturing approach.

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition, with the ability to build a trusting relationship with the children and family.

• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of a growing family.



Additional Information:

• While occasional travel and babysitting may be required, it is not expected to be frequent.
