Rota Nanny (Norland-trained)

An exclusive opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced, Norland-trained Nanny to join a UHNW family in providing exceptional care for their two young children under 4. The family values the utmost professionalism and seeks a dedicated individual who can offer a nurturing, structured, and engaging environment for their children whilst maintaining a high standard of organisation and adaptability in a dynamic, international setting.

The Rota Nanny will work within a supportive and collaborative team, on a three week on/off basis, and take sole charge of the two children during their rota shifts. This role requires a proactive, resilient, and highly capable individual who can adapt to the family’s busy lifestyle and meet their high expectations.

Job duties
Responsibilities of the Rota Nanny (Norland trained), three weeks on/off, worldwide, include:
Provide a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for the children, ensuring all developmental milestones are supported
Establish and maintain routines for feeding, sleeping, and activities to ensure consistency and structure
Engage the children in age-appropriate educational and creative activities to promote learning and development
Accompany the family on extensive global travel
Plan and prepare activities, meals, and outings tailored to the children’s needs and interests
Work effectively with other household staff, including other Nannies
Maintain the children’s rooms, wardrobes, and play areas to the highest standard of cleanliness and organisation
Monitor and promote the children’s health and well-being, managing any medical needs or dietary requirements

Candidates must be/have:
Norland-trained with a proven track record of working within UHNW families
Extensive experience caring for children under the age of 4
UK Passport/right to work in UK – would be desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and adapt to a dynamic schedule
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both children and adults
High level of resilience, professionalism, and discretion
Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively
Valid passport and ability to work legally in the required locations
A clean driving licence – would be desirable

Salary
£125,000 +, depending on experience/prior earnings.

Hours
Rota pattern – 24/7, three weeks on/off.

Location
Worldwide/extensive travel.
