Days/Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Location: Geneva, Switzerland (Founex area)
Salary: CHF 60,000 - 80,000 per annum

We are seeking a fun, energetic, and caring nanny to provide exceptional care for two children, ages 1 and 3, in a warm and down-to-earth household near Geneva, Switzerland. The ideal candidate will be experienced, active, and capable of following the mother’s established routines and parenting style, while providing loving and engaging care for the children. The ideal candidate will already be based in Geneva, Switzerland, or the surrounding area. While the family prefers local candidates, they are open to considering relocation for an exceptional candidate with outstanding qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

The nanny will ensure the children’s days run smoothly and happily, starting with morning routines and getting the eldest ready for nursery. Duties include school drop- offs and pick-ups, organizing creative and fun activities for the youngest, preparing meals for the children (and occasionally the parents), and keeping the children engaged with outdoor play and enriching experiences. The family values someone who can handle transitions with warmth. Sleep routines are a priority, and the nanny will need to maintain and respect the established schedules.

Candidate Requirements:

Eligibility to work in Switzerland: EU/Swiss passport or Swiss Working Permit.
Proven experience working with young children in a similar role, ideally within HNW or UHNW households.
Fluent in English (native or near-native proXiciency).
Comfortable taking sole charge when required but respects the mother as the
primary decision-maker.
Holds a valid, clean driving license; a car will be provided.
Flexible for short notice travel when required.
