Position Overview:
A discerning family in Istanbul is seeking an experienced, nurturing, and professional nanny to care for their 3-year-old child. The ideal candidate will be highly attentive, proactive, and adaptable, providing a safe and enriching environment that promotes the child’s physical, emotional, and intellectual growth. This is a live-in position, requiring a commitment to providing exceptional care in a luxurious, dynamic household.

Key Responsibilities:
• Childcare: Provide full-time care for a 3-year-old child, including supervision, playtime and nap routines.
• Educational Development: Engage the child in age-appropriate learning activities that stimulate curiosity, creativity, and language skills.
• Physical & Emotional Well-being: Foster a warm, secure environment, offering positive reinforcement and emotional support.
• Health & Hygiene: Ensure the child maintains a routine for hygiene (bathing, dressing, etc.) and monitor their health, reporting any concerns to the family.
• Meals & Nutrition: There is chef in the house so you wont be responsible any cooking.
• Outdoor Activities: Plan safe, active outdoor activities and excursions to support physical development.
• Communication: Maintain clear, open communication with the family, providing updates on the child’s development, needs, and any concerns.
• Travel: Family travels to Europe and USA (holding visas or related passport are required)

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Proven experience as a nanny or childcare provider, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• Experience working with toddlers or young children, with a strong understanding of child development.
• Fluent in English (additional languages, are a plus).
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and family needs.
• A calm, patient, and caring demeanor with the ability to create a nurturing environment.
• Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with a high level of integrity.
• Valid work permit for Turkey will be provided for the family
• Ability to live-in the family’s residence and accommodate the family’s travel schedule.

Compensation:
Salary, private accommodation, meals, and benefits will be provided.
