A super lovely family in Clapham are looking for a full time nanny for their four month old baby.

The ideal candidate would be a confident, down to earth, flexible, easy going and happy to collaborate with the parents as part of a team. The family are looking for a nanny who is energetic, engaging and enjoys playing and reading with the baby, plus someone who can help support the baby in developing independence whilst helping them to understand their emotions. A nanny who is experienced, has an excellent understanding of childhood development and has strong communication skills is a must.

Responsibilities include: maintaining and altering at age appropriate times the baby's routines (the family are currently using the 'Nanny Louenna' routines), making a development plan for the baby to ensure they are hitting their milestones, taking the baby to classes and planning activities each day, weekly meal planning and cooking for the baby, weaning, managing seasons and sizes of babies clothes, ensuring rotation of toys, washing baby bottles, tidying of general child areas.

The family would like a nanny who can travel with them to Ireland and Europe so a full passport is essential and there is potential babysitting at the parents discretion.

Start Date: End of Feb/Beginning of March 2025
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6.30/7pm
Salary: £48,000 - £65,000 gross per annum dependant on experience/qualifications
