Newark, Nottinghamshire – Driving Housekeeper /Nanny 4/5 days £35-£40K P.A
Can be live in whilst working, separate cottage available.

Family Description and Location
A busy friendly family living in a large house with three children aged 5,11 and 14 (oldest at boarding school) are looking for a Housekeeper/Nanny to work 4 days a week. The family live in a rural location near Newark in Nottinghamshire so a driver is a must as you cannot reach the house by public transport. There are 5 bedrooms and bathrooms in use and further bedrooms when there are guests.

Job Description
This busy family are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Housekeeper with childcare experience to work in their large family home.

The duties will include:
Managing Laundry- sending Ironing and special care clothes out if needed,
Bed changing and linen management,
Hands on cleaning of silver and Antiques,
Assisting with occasional school runs, babysitting,
Occasional Proxy Parenting and Stay overs,
Organising school equipment and uniforms
Stock take and shopping If needed and general household errands
House and dog sitting with notice
Deep and daily cleans
Occasional basic family cooking

Candidate Requirements
It is essential that the perfect candidate for is warm and friendly character who is able to use initiative would be ideal. Local person would be preferred although there is accommodation available for working days only. A driver is essential and full checkable references.

Days of Work, Accommodation and Salary
• Monday to Friday
• 4 days a week (can alter days if preferred)
• 8 hours a day. 8am-5pm or 9am -6pm
• Should you wish to live in on your working days a cottage will be made available for your sole use but cannot be your primary residence you must go home on your days off.
• Salary £35K-£40K P.A gross depending on experience.
