Job Summary:
I am working on behalf of a wonderful family based in Hampshire who’re looking for an experienced housekeeper cook to come and join their family on a long-term basis.

An incredibly unique position, offering flexibility for the right candidate, the family typically are only in residence around 90 days per year – you will be expected to be fully available for this duration and work longer hours during these days (typically between 7am – 9pm).

During down-time you will be expected to oversea the property, look after the family’s friendly poodle and ensure the property is kept at an impeccable standard.

You will be confident cooking all cuisines and having a good eye for only the freshest produce.

The family can consider a domestic couple.

Job specification:

All housekeeping duties
Cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner when the principals are in residence
Delicate fabric care, ensuring washing and ironing is completed to a high standard
Pet care, looking after the family’s friendly poodle
Running errands for the family
Shopping for fresh produce and ingredients
Dealing with external contractors and trades people
Looking after the property in the principal’s absence

Candidate specification:
Experience in a similar role and environment
Confident cooking all cuisines
Available immediately
Knowledge of nutrition and healthy meals
DBS issued within the last year OR on the update service.

Accommodation: 1 bed cottage on the grounds.

DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
