Spectacular Governess/Nanny Role – Full-Time Position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Family Background:

A warm and welcoming family in Riyadh is looking for a dedicated, kind, and nurturing governess/nanny to care for their two daughters, aged 5 and 10. Both children attend a high-performance school, and the family seeks someone who is not only passionate about education and child development but also an inspiring and positive role model. They want a proactive nanny who will take the initiative in organizing engaging outings and activities for the children over the weekends and during school holidays. They are looking for someone who will become an integral part of their family—someone they can rely on and trust to prioritize the children's happiness, well-being, and success. With a fully staffed household, the governess/nanny can focus entirely on fostering the children’s growth, educational progress, and overall development.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the children’s education and academic growth
Encouraging and guiding the children towards achieving their educational goals
Organizing engaging activities, trips, and new adventures during holidays and weekends
Promoting good manners, social development, and positive behaviour
Providing structure and enriching learning experiences
Assisting with child-related duties while traveling with the family
Ensuring the children's overall well-being, development, and happiness

Requirements:

Teaching background with relevant qualifications and experience
Passion for education and child development
Highly organized, creative, and proactive in planning activities
Ability to travel with the family and prior experience traveling as a nanny
Flexible to work 6 days per week
Professional, kind, and nurturing approach
Reliable, responsible, and capable of building strong relationships within the family
Clean DBS check and Paediatric First Aid certification

Working Hours:
6 days per week

Compensation Package: 4000 per month, medical insurance, 2 flights home per year, overtime given as time in lieu

Accommodation: Private suite with a bathroom and living space
