A high-net-worth family in Monaco is seeking an experienced, full-time Rota Governess/nanny for their two boys, ages 7 and 5. This is a live-out role, with accommodation provided in nearby France. The family, who speaks French, Russian, and English at home, is looking for a responsible, proactive, and energetic governess to support their children's academic, linguistic, and social development. The family employs housekeeping staff, therefore the governess is not expected to carry out any household duties.

Key Responsibilities:
Educational Support: Improve the children’s spoken English, reading, writing, and grammar. Assist with school assignments.
Engagement Through Play: Facilitate learning through play, outdoor activities, and sports.
School and Social Coordination: Handle school pickups, arrange and supervise playdates, and organize parties.
Etiquette and Life Skills: Teach and reinforce good manners and social skills.

Requirements:
Native-level English with a standard accent preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a primary school teacher.
At least 2 years of experience as a nanny or tutor.
Valid driver’s license.
Flexibility to adapt to the family’s schedule.

Schedule & Compensation:
2 weeks on / 2 weeks off preferred but can be flexible in some months
