4828 KENSINGTON W8: Daily Nanny for two sets of twins! ASAP start

Role: Daily Nanny
Hours: 3 - 5 days/week depending on the candidate's requirements, but must include a Monday!)
Children: Two sets of twins! (girls 6.5 years & B/G twins 3.5 years)
Start date: ASAP
Location: Kensington W8 (High Street Kensington tube station a 5-8 walk away).
We have a warm and welcoming American family residing in Kensington, who is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Daily Nanny to join a team to support caring for their two sets of twins; girls, 6 years (7 in spring) & B/G twins 3 years (4 in the summer). All the children attend full-time school & nursery locally, and this role will be predominantly supporting the youngest set of twins.

Our clients are looking for someone who can seamlessly integrate into the family environment working alongside a formally-trained, Norland Nanny, so this role is best-suited to a candidate who has had previous experience of working as part of a team with multiple children in a busy family setting. This role will be predominantly supporting the youngest set of twins, and is a Daily Nanny position is to provide additional support and help with logistics, and our clients are happy to consider both part-time and full-time applications, providing the nanny can work a Monday!

~ working hours: to work 3 - 5 days per week (our clients are open), but Monday is an absolute!

Role Responsibilities, working to the Rota Nanny:
• This is a staffed household with a Rota Nanny, Chef & Housekeeper - so the new addition to the team should be a great team player able to offer support where needed (eg: light cooking/snacks preparation and work alongside the Housekeeper to keep on top of the children's laundry and maintain their wardrobes).
• School/Nursery drop-offs and pick-ups (the family like their children to walk to/from school), ensuring the children are ready and prepared for their day.
• Supporting with development through fun, age-appropriate activities and play.
• Working in conjunction with the Rota Nanny when planning the children’s weekly schedules, activities, events and playdates.
• Maintaining open and positive communication with both parents and the Rota Nanny.
• Encouraging values of kindness, respect, good etiquette and responsibility in the children.

Candidate Requirements:
• Active, outdoorsy candidate with a fun, caring and nurturing personality.
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy; with strong organisational skills and ability to multiple.
• Passionate about working with multiple children and supporting their development.
• Someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a team, with superb open communication.

Our clients are based close to High Street Kensington tube station, with the children’s schools and local amenities all in easy walking distance. The family is keen to have their Daily Nanny in place ASAP, ideally by early March but could be a wee bit flexible for the right applicant.
