End of August/start of September start.

We are a family in Shropshire seeking one more nanny/ support worker to be part of a high quality care team to provide care for our 24yr old daughter who, due to a genetic disability, is cognitively that of a child.

We are seeking either -

A Nanny/ support worker to work 4 days a week - Tuesday - Friday with the option for some additional hours

This role requires –
• A qualified and experienced nanny/ childcarer/ support worker
• Someone with SEN experience with adults or children
• Ability to support the planning and leading of stimulating and engaging activities
• Proactive, resilient and organised
• Private household experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Dog lover

Driver preferred but not essential

Role can be live in or live out (early starts) and requires an enhanced DBS ( we can arrange) and at least 2 references ( ideally one must be you most recent employer). Term Time only also considered

Pay is dependent on qualifications and experience ( £13gph - £17gph)
