Live-Out Nanny Housekeeper – West London (W5)

We are seeking a highly competent individual who is fluent in English and has professional experience as both a nanny and housekeeper, with a strong background in housekeeping beyond light, general tasks. I’m assisting a warm and welcoming family in West London (W5) in finding a highly experienced, reliable, and proactive Nanny Housekeeper. This role requires a strong background in both childcare and comprehensive housekeeping, with some light personal assistant tasks. The family is looking for someone long-term who can manage responsibilities efficiently while creating a nurturing environment for their children.

Schedule:
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary:
Starting from £45,000 DOE

Role Overview:
Provide loving, positive, and nurturing care for two children (8B & 6G), assist with homework, school projects, and after-school activities, transport children to and from school, activities, and appointments (walking distance but driving preferred), prepare and cook healthy, well-balanced meals for the children, general housekeeping duties beyond light tasks, including tidying, laundry, maintain cleaning, and household organisation, oversee and coordinate the cleaner/cook, ensuring household supplies are stocked, and handle light PA tasks such as managing Amazon returns, scheduling appointments, and liaising with handymen/gardeners.

Requirements:

Extensive experience as a Nanny Housekeeper in a similar role
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Computer literate for admin-related tasks
Calm under pressure, patient, and professional
Valid driver’s licence (own car helpful but not essential)
First Aid certification (preferred)
Must be local to West London
Must have the right to work in the UK

Non-drivers may be considered if they have
experience as both a nanny and housekeeper, and are extremely local to the family’s location, not just within the W5 area but generally nearby. Candidates holding a clean valid UK driving licence will be at an advantage and will be prioritised. Applicants must be based in West London, with preference given to those specifically located within the W5 area.
