Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing attentive care and supervision for the 4-month-old baby during agreed hours.
- Following the baby’s established routine; for example within the feeding, adopting the current schedule, preparation and cleaning of feeding equipment.
- Managing nap routines and ensuring safe sleep practices.
- Changing nappies and maintaining the baby’s hygiene.
- Supporting the baby’s developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities, tummy time, and interactive play.

Household & Organizational Tasks
- Sterilising bottles and maintaining cleanliness in the nursery.
- Organising and cleaning the baby’s clothes, bedding, and equipment.
- Handling light household duties related to parents and baby care, such as baby laundry and tidying the nursery.
- Ensuring all baby supplies are well-stocked and notifying parents of any needed items.

Communication & Flexibility
- Recording daily activities, feeding times, and naps for parents’ reference.
- Maintaining open communication with parents about the baby’s development and any observations.
- Offering flexibility to assist the family outside of core hours, if required.

Additional Support
- Helping with cooking and meal preparation for the family, as needed.

Qualifications:
- Fluency in Chinese or German with functional English proficiency
- Proven track record of at least 3 years caring for babies under 1 year old
- Valid Paediatric First Aid certification
- Comprehensive knowledge of infant developmental stages and milestones
- Expertise in safe sleep practices and SIDS prevention protocols
- Proficiency in bottle feeding techniques and sterilization procedures
- Ability to design and implement age-appropriate activities and developmental play
- Physical fitness to meet the demands of infant care
- Punctual and dependable with stellar references
- Professional discretion in all work-related matters
- Capability to maintain accurate, detailed records of infant routines
- Residence within convenient commuting distance
